Alpine U12 Championships

March 28-30, 2025 - Our Alpine U12 team competed at the U12 Championships at Diamond Peak in a 1 x Super G, 1 x GS, and 1 x Slalom race series.

Anna Shefftz led the SBA women with a 2nd place finish in Super G, followed by Violet Hanbury in 6th and Saisha Swanson in 38th. Sylvia Schwall led the SBA women with a 3rd place finish in GS, followed by Violet Hanbury in 6th, Anna Shefftz in 14th, Saisha Swanson in 17th, and Chang-jie Kung in 19th. Violet Hanbury led the women in Slalom with a 4th place finish, followed by Anna Shefftz in 7th, Saisha Swanson in 15th, and Chang-jie Kung tied for 24th.

Luke Phillips led the SBA men with a 10th place finish in Super G, followed by Jackson Atkin in 26th, Teddy Donahue in 33rd, Jude Jacques in 37th, and James Ethington in 40th. Luke Phillips also led the SBA men with a 3rd place finish in GS, followed by Jackson Atkin in 6th, Jude Jacques in 15th, Rufus Beevor in 17th, and Teddy Donahue and Nathaniel Thompson tied for 38th. Jackson Atkin led the men with a 5th place finish in Slalom, followed by Luke Phillips in 8th, Jude Jacques in 12th, Fletcher Money in 27th, Rufus Beevor in 28th, and Teddy Donahue in 33rd.

Congratulations to Luke Phillips who finished 5th overall in the season standing for U12 men, and Sylvia Schwall who finished 2nd overall in the season standing for U12 women!
