College Preparatory Academics
Our Academy offers world-class athletics and college preparatory academics on the same mountain. We enroll students in grades 6-12 who share our dedication to excellence in athletics and academics and want to grow personally as they prepare for their athletic careers and college.
SBA gives athletes the opportunity to pursue their sport full-time without sacrificing high-quality academics. Our courses are aligned to University of California A-G requirements, meet university admission standards throughout the US, and fulfill the NCAA core curriculum requirements for freshman eligibility.
Our teachers are passionate about their work and helping students succeed academically while training full time. Students learn to demand excellence of themselves and their peers. Academy students learn to navigate the high expectations and rigorous schedule, developing a sense of responsibility and maturity that prepares them for college and life.
Teachers work closely with coaches to ensure students receive the support needed for academic success. They understand the demands of travel and competition schedules and assist students remotely when needed.
