Performance Training
SBA’s athletic program promotes hard work and discipline, emphasizes a positive environment, and stresses long-term athlete development through sports science. Our coaches push athletes to be their best while ensuring they have the support necessary to succeed.
Performance training is the process of preparing an athlete physically, technically, tactically, and psychologically for the highest levels of performance. We design and implement our year-round conditioning and strength training program with the long term in mind. Our athletes train both on and off snow to build physical and mental capacity. During the fall and spring, athletes enrolled in a combined academic and athletic program train 5 days per week with our performance director.
