Alpine U10 - Diamond Peak
February 8-9, 2025 - The U10 Far West race series continued with slaloms on Lower Showoff at Diamond Peak. With cold, sunny skies and a firm surface, race conditions were excellent. On Saturday, Emery K put down the two fastest runs on the women’s side to take first. She was joined in the top five by Genevieve F (4th). Catherine H made the front page in 12th. On the men’s side, Finn O skied first run like his hair was on fire and followed it up with an excellent second run for a dominating victory. Aaron S joined Finn on the podium in second. Aaron showed consistency with another second place finish on Sunday and Emery K won for the second time on the weekend with Catherine H in 5th. Great job by all of our U10 athletes competing this past weekend.
