Genny Coffey

Lead Teacher

Genny holds a BA in English from Middlebury College and an MA in secondary education from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She began her career teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies for Eagle County Schools in the Vail Valley. After 12 years with the district, she relocated with her family to the Tahoe area. She served as a middle school Humanities teacher and crew leader at the Tahoe Expedition Academy in Truckee before joining the faculty at Sugar Bowl Academy in 2017.
