Employee Dependent Pass

One of the benefits you receive as an employee of Sugar Bowl Academy is an unrestricted season pass for yourself and your dependents. Once you have completed the hiring process in Bamboo, our HR system, you must complete the following steps for yourself and your dependents in order to have passes printed:

1. Upload photo

2. Sign the 2024/25 Liability Release Waiver

3. Complete the Employee Dependent Form (only required for dependent passes)

Steps 1-2 can be completed online as follows:

• Login to your account or create a new account

• Select "My Account"

• Click "+ Add Member" to add dependents (spouse/partner and children)

• Click "New Photo" for each person to upload a photo

• Click "Save Changes"

• Select "Waivers" in the left side menu

• Click Sign the 2024/25 Liability Release for yourself and each of your dependents (scroll to the bottom, click the checkbox, and type the person's name to sign)

Step 3 can be completed using the form below. Please note the following:

• Full-time employees do not need to complete this step unless your dependents are not already listed in Bamboo, our HR system. 

• Part-time/seasonal employees must complete this form to have passes printed for your dependents.

Once you have completed these steps, we will have your passes printed within 2-3 business days and have them available for pickup. Please email admin@sbacademy.org to arrange a time for pass pickup.
