You are building a physical foundation that makes you stronger, quicker, more flexible and mentally tough. Each season brings new challenges but the goal is to connect your program week-to-week, season-to-season and year-to-year to build the best you over your time at SBA.
When we're inside, you'll be in a 10,000 sq. ft. facility appropriately named the Sporthaus, with state-of-the-art training equipment and workout spaces. However, our community has a passion for the outdoors and the Sierras provide the perfect backdrop to find challenges outside of a weight room.
Walk out the front door for trail runs on the world-famous Pacific Crest Trail, mountain bike though Van Norden Meadow and time yourself as you bike or run up Old Highway 40; we encourage you to know the surrounding wilderness. You'll find these routines to be good for your body, mind and spirit.
