So much of what we do transcends the ostensibly narrow context of a ski academy. Slopes, trails and classrooms are undoubtedly means by which we seek and celebrate themes of education and life, but at any given moment, Sugar Bowl Academy student-athletes are also immersed in activities such as marine biology SCUBA dives off the Monterey peninsula, contemplating the history of religion around the Great Salt Lake, studying Shakespearean productions at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival...and much, much more.
