We know winter sports are about fun - and we like to focus on the fun, too! Our policies help keep everyone safe and aligned to ensure our athletes and employees can do their best work on the hill.
Teams Cancellation Policy
Registration in the teams program may be canceled in accordance with the following guidelines:
Cancel by September 30: 90% of team fees refunded
After September 30: No refunds available except for hardships or unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing Process
All program prices include: team jacket, season pass, on-snow training
Program prices do not include: ski or ride equipment, competition fees, associated travel costs
Season Pass Agreement and Release of Liability
All program prices include a season pass to Sugar Bowl Resort or Royal Gorge, depending on the program. When you register for a program, you will sign the Season Pass Agreement and Release of Liability for the season pass for your child.
