Nordic Development Summer Program
Sugar Bowl Academy's Nordic development summer program is designed for athletes who are looking to improve their Nordic skiing and overall fitness. The workouts will focus on having fun and developing broad athletic skills as well as ski-specific technique. The group will train in conjunction with the Sugar Bowl Academy Nordic team some days. Activities will be primarily on-foot, with some roller skiing, biking and other fun days mixed in. This program is open to all rising 7th - 9th graders.

The Nordic development summer program meets three times a week from 9:00am - 11:30am. The program runs from early June through mid August.
WHAT TO WEAR
All of your normal summer conditioning equipment. Skate and classic rollerskis, boots, poles, helmet, UV rated sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm SPF 30, water bottles and/or hydration pack and running shoes.
All campers are expected to adhere to the code of conduct set forth by the Sugar Bowl Academy Student/Parent Handbook. All athletes are expected to be respectful and courteous to teammates, coaches, other participants and coaches.
